About Us
Built for ABA Clinics, by People Who Understand Why That Matters
Milestone Autism is a digital marketing agency that works only with ABA therapy clinics in Canada.
Our Story
Why Milestone Autism Exists
Milestone Autism started with a simple observation: skilled ABA clinic owners across Canada were struggling to grow, not because they lacked ability as clinicians or business owners, but because the families who needed them couldn't find them online.
We saw clinic owners try generic agencies that didn't know what a caseload was, and U.S. healthcare marketing firms whose whole playbook was built around insurance codes that don't exist in Canada. We saw BCBAs spending evenings learning Facebook Ads between client sessions, because they didn't trust anyone else to get it right.
So we set out to build the agency we believed should already exist: one that works only with ABA clinics, understands Canadian provincial funding by name, and treats privacy compliance as a baseline, not a bonus feature.
Our Mission
To help Canadian ABA clinics reach the families who need them, with marketing that's as thoughtful and evidence-based as the therapy it promotes.
Why Only ABA
A Deliberate Choice, and Why It Matters to You
We chose not to be a general healthcare marketing agency. Here's what that means for your clinic.
Depth over breadth
Every strategy, ad and article is shaped by what we learn working only with ABA clinics, not a playbook borrowed from dentists or med spas.
A shared vocabulary
We know what CPBAO requires, what a BIP is, and why families ask about funding before anything else. You won’t need to explain your field to us.
Aligned with your values
We use strength-based, dignity-centred language in everything we write, because how your clinic is represented matters as much as how many people see it.
How We Work
A Partner, Not a Vendor
Plain-language reporting
You’ll always know what’s working, what isn’t, and why. No jargon, and no vanity metrics dressed up as results.
No long-term lock-in
We want to keep working with your clinic because of results, not because of contract terms.
Evidence-based decisions
Every recommendation is grounded in data from your own clinic and market, not a generic template.
