Milestone Autism (“we”, “us”) is a digital marketing agency for ABA therapy clinics in Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through milestoneautism.ca, why, and how we protect it. We handle personal information in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Information you send us: when you use our contact form or email us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, clinic name, email address, province, and any details you choose to share about your clinic.
- Basic technical information: like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to keep the site secure and working properly.
- Cookies: the site uses cookies needed for it to function. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
Please don’t send us personal health information about any client or family through this website. We don’t need it to respond to your inquiry.

We only send marketing emails to people who have agreed to receive them, in line with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and every such email includes a way to unsubscribe.

Some of these providers may store data outside Canada, in which case your information may be subject to the laws of that country.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Your rights
You can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our use of it, at any time. Email hello@milestoneautism.ca and we’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
